We specialise in live audio capture for small and medium sized shows. A very compact and mobile system allows us to set up quickly with the minimum of fuss. Very successful live recordings have been captured in Wellington at Bodega, Valve/Hole in the Wall, San Francisco Bathhouse, Sandwiches, the Town Hall, Zeal and in Auckland at the Kings Arms.
This service is perfect for recording live performances in conjunction with your sound engineer. We take output feeds from the desk, so would have to check sound desk specs and we generally hang a stereo microphone pair for capturing the crowd/ambience. Mic splitters can be hired for extra cost, but would allow a recording from a desk that doesn't have in-built pre-fader direct outs.

We're quite happy to let you take the raw tracks and do whatever you wish with them, and can put together quick rough mixes free if you like (depends on length/complexity of material). Any more than that, and we charge $20 an hour to mix captured tracks for you. I mix on JBL LSR4326p monitors.
Best left to the experts. I'll maximise it, Basic EQ and bung it on CD for you if necessary.
